Freetime Travel Insurance

Organisers liability insurance is included where the holiday is organised on a voluntary basis or by a not-for-profit organisation.

Key Features
Cover includes various features not generally found in a traditional travel insurance policy (e.g. cover for children travelling without parents, activity cover, personal accident cover for children, and organiser's liability for not for profit groups).

Activities
A list of over 40 activities are covered either as standard or for an additional premium.  More are covered on request.  Please let us know if you need additional activities to be covered.

Group Discounts
A 10% discount is available for groups of 10 or more insured persons travelling together on the same policy. This increases to 20% when there are more than 20 persons travelling together.

Age Limits
Unlike many travel insurance policies, there are no age limits under the Freetime policy in the UK and Europe. However premiums are increased by for persons aged 70 years and over at the time of purchasing the policy. If you are aged 75 and over there is no cover for Worldwide travel.

Emergency Assistance
A 24-hour emergency assistance service is included under the Freetime policy. Full contact details are to be found in your policy document, a specimen of which is available on request.

Organiser's Liability Cover
Organiser's liability of £5,000,000 is included as standard where the organiser is an Educational Establishment, Church Group, Religious Group, Registered Charity, Scouts or Guides group or an Individual acting voluntarily or another non-profit making Voluntary organisation.
