Cover is provided by providing standard liability cover as detailed below and then selecting optional covers as required.  Rates will be held wherever possible for three years by the insurer.  If they break the undertaking and do not agree to offer terms at the expiring rates, we will advise you on the best possible solution.  If rate levels are held, the policy must be renewed for three years and this is part of the contract.  If you do not want this option an additional premium must be paid.
