Depending on the cover afforded by your policy, one telephone call provides for:

24-hour claims reporting, 365 days a year.
Despatch of a claim form
Roadside recovery, if your motor cycle is unrideable or you are unable to ride it.
Collection of your motor cycle for repair.
3 year Guaranteed repairs by approved repairers.

There is no obligation to use our approved repairers if you have a preferred garage.
