If you are unfortunate enough to be in a position where you have to make a claim and you wish to download a claim form in Acrobat PDF format, you may do so here . However, by reporting the claim directly to us on 08702 410435 will ensure that a claim form is despatched to you.

If you are involved in an accident:

Do not admit the accident was your fault, even if you think it is.
Get the names and addresses of any witnesses if you can.
Report the details to Access Bike Care as soon as possible.
